A native of New York City, Charlene relocated to Sonoma County in 1974. She entered the real estate profession in 1981 after teaching in both New York and in Sonoma County at Santa Rosa Junior College. During the past 25 years Charlene has specialized in residential, estate properties, vineyards, ranches, condominiums and investment property throughout the wine country and on the Sonoma County Coast. In addition to being a broker, Charlene owns and operates income residential, commercial and ranch property, including Chanslor Ranch in Bodega Bay - giving her an additional understanding of how to look for value on behalf of her clients.
Charlene has worked with many business and community leaders in the Bay Area - and is well known by many of the top real estate agents, lenders, title and escrow companies. This has contributed to getting maximum exposure for listed properties and insuring that complicated transactions proceed smoothly during the escrow process. Charlene has residences in Bodega Bay and Healdsburg and maintains personal offices in Healdsburg and Bodega Bay as well as working from the Sonoma Sotheby's International Realty office in Sonoma. Having lived, worked and invested in property in communities like Petaluma, Sonoma, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol and the Sonoma Coast over the 'long term' has given her a better understanding than most agents of the dynamics of these communities. She has a complete support staff and has additional resources to assist with photography, internet marketing, landscaping and staging to allow property to obtain top value.
